Jonathon has been responsible for the establishment and growth of a number of boot strapped businesses in technology development, consulting, and IP strategy.
He has led the spin out of 6 different companies from Australian Universities over the last 15 years, with the industries varying from Hearing Aids, Cow Pregnancy Detection, Virtual Reality E learning, Solar Panel manufacturing, and E Games.
In each case, his approach was to bridge the gap between industry need and University solutions and build a customer needs focussed solution for industry. He excels at building the value proposition for early stage finance and building the culture and team for agility and growth.
Jonathon and Andre have worked together on the Hearing Aid, Cow Pregnancy Detection System, and Virtual Reality spin outs from University of Sydney.
